We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be shipped with the original packaging and the cover provided with your order; the product must be unused with the original tag still attached.

We cannot offer an exchange or refund for items that appear used or worn. The product will not be accepted if it has been worn outdoors, stretched, or stained.

To return the shipment, please email clientservices@mitaaf.com.

Once your return is received and accepted, your funds will be processed within 5 business days and refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping fees (€30 for France / €40 for all other countries). You can track your parcel's return with our carrier using the tracking number on your return label.

All discounted items cannot be returned.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your parcel's tracking number.

All our products are shipped from France to the destination of your choice worldwide. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days, depending on your location.

Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the official importer in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. As we cannot indicate the exact amount, please contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information before placing an order.

If a MITAAF shipment is refused, the costs of the initial shipping fees, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MITAAF will be deducted from the refund.
