Return policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be shipped with the original packaging and cover that came with your order, the product must be unused with the original tag still attached. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items that appear used or worn. Product will not be accepted if it has been worn outside, stretched or stained.

To return the shipment, please email clientservices@mitaaf.com.
Once your return is received and accepted, your funds will be processed within 5 business days and refunded to the original payment method, less delivery costs (€30 for France / €40 for all other countries). You can track the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your return label.
All items with a discount cannot be returned.

SHIPMENTS

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package. All our products are shipped from France to the destination of your choice worldwide. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location.

The items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import charges. As we cannot indicate the exact amount, please contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information before placing an order.
If a shipment from MITAAF is refused, the costs of the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MITAAF will be deducted from the refund.
